Delivery time depends on the destination. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. For other European countries, delivery can take 3–7 business days, and outside Europe it may take longer depending on the local postal services.

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with European consumer withdrawal rights, provided the products are unopened, unused with scent oil, and in their original condition. Diffusers may be powered on to test the sound or operation, but must not be used with scent oil; otherwise, the return will be rejected. Both diffusers and scent oils are considered hygienic products and cannot be returned if they have been used or if the seal on the scent oil has been broken. Please contact our customer service before returning an item to receive instructions. Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been inspected.

In line with European safety guidelines, we recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated area and limiting continuous use to no more than 8 hours at a time. Our diffusers operate on intervals, and you can easily adjust these settings to suit your space and preferences. With an average cycle of 10 seconds every 3 minutes, the actual diffusion time over 8 hours is approximately 27 minutes, ensuring a consistent scent while staying well within safe exposure limits.

Our scents are safe for use in living and working spaces, including around pets. However, animals may be more sensitive to fragrances, and since they cannot tell us if a scent feels pleasant to them, it’s always good to observe their behavior. Our scents are IFRA-certified (International Fragrance Association), which means they comply with globally recognized safety standards, developed through continuous scientific review and expert collaboration. These standards ensure that our scent oils are used safely and responsibly.

• 500 ml: Designed for heavy or continuous use in larger areas. This option provides the longest-lasting supply and the best value over time.
