Shipping
Shipping is free for orders within the European Union with standard shipping.
Shipping carrier
We ship most orders with DHL. Depending on the destination or specific circumstances, we may use an alternative carrier of similar service level when necessary.
Transit Time within The Netherlands
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 3 days.
Transit time rest of world
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
Order send time
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (CET) on weekdays are intended to be shipped the same day.
However, during periods of high order volume or around public holidays, orders may be shipped on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays when the warehouse is closed. We always do our best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery address
We ship exclusively to official residential or registered business addresses that are equipped with a properly registered and freely accessible mailbox. The address provided must be accurate and complete. If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the absence of a suitable mailbox, we do not assume responsibility for lost shipments.
How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your order number, invoice, and a track & trace code. With the track & trace code, you can easily follow your order.
