Shipping is free for orders within the European Union with standard shipping.
Delivery time in The Netherlands: 1-3 days.

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your order number, invoice, and a track & trace code. With the track & trace code, you can easily follow your order.
I have received an item that I did not order.
Please contact us via email@example.com and we will ensure that you receive the correct product.
We believe 100% in our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. You can return any Aemster product, as long as it is in saleable condition. No questions asked and no reason given.
If you are dissatisfied with your Aemster product for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. You will then immediately receive a confirmation email from us containing a return label. You can print this out and stick it on your parcel in the same way as you received it. Make sure you also include a copy of the packing slip or a copy of the return form. Please include your name and address on the return.
If you don't have a printer, write the return number and the return address on the box yourself. Use the address as written on the shipping label. Take your package to a post office. At the delivery point, we advise you to make use of tracked shipping. In this case, you will receive a track-and-trace code with which you can follow your returned products. This is also your proof of posting.
Make sure it meets the conditions described below
- Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging;
- If a product package has a seal sticker, sealing, or tape, this may not be broken;
- Do not write on or stick stickers or tape to the original packaging.
Articles that have been specially ordered for you cannot automatically be returned. This is stated with the product concerned. This also applies to B2B orders.
When we have received your return in good order and in the original packaging, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. Returns are at your own expense. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We strongly recommend that you always make use of tracked shipping.
