Shipping & Returns

Aemster (“we” and “us”) is the operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping is free for orders within the European Union with standard shipping.

Transit Time within The Netherlands
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 3 days.

Transit time rest of world
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 2 – 7 days.

Order send time
Orders placed before 4 PM – CET on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your order number, invoice, and a track & trace code. With the track & trace code, you can easily follow your order.

Should you wish to abandon your purchase after receiving a product, you can return it to us at your own expense, provided it is unused. Only unopened products in their original condition and in their original packaging are eligible for reimbursement.

If the packaging has been opened and the product does not meet your expectations, such as the smell of the fragrance oil, the product cannot be returned. Therefore, pay extra attention when placing an order. 

The condition of returns is that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. Please report here, ask for a return form and send it to:

Please note: it is important to include the following details with the return:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Order number
- Return date
- Reason for return

As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products. Aemster is not responsible for packages lost in transit to Aemster.

Wrong Delivery 
If you have received (a) product(s) that you had not ordered, please leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is used anyway or whose original Aemster seal (sealing), lid or cap has been opened is considered to have been accepted by the customer. The opened product can no longer be returned or exchanged. Please contact us via and we will ensure that you receive the correct product.

Would you prefer a different product to the one you ordered? Then return the product, according to the previous conditions. We will refund your purchase price, after which you can order the correct item yourself.

Once the package is received back in good order, the purchase amount - minus the shipping costs - will be credited. Crediting will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Please keep the proof of posting - with track and trace - until the purchase amount has been credited.

We provide a 24-month warranty on all our machines.

Complaint Service
We do our utmost to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. However, should you still discover a material and/or manufacturing defect after receiving your purchase, we kindly ask you to check the delivered items immediately. Should anything be wrong, please contact us at We will professionally repair defects not caused by normal wear and tear by mutual agreement. If repair is not possible, we will send you a replacement within the warranty period.
